My name is Nick and along with my team, I manage this collection of hand-picked apartments, houses and villas for their individual owners while they are away. Each property is carefully selected and offers a stylish living experience and excellent value. All our guests will be greeted personally at the property by a member of our hospitality team, and guest assistance is also provided by our professional customer service team between 8am - 8pm 7 days a week, should any issues arise during your stay. Property information

Villa Antonia is a newly renovated 80m2 bi-level house with a separate 32m2 windmill shaped guest house set on a lush 2000 square meter plot and situated only 60 meters from the sandy beach, sea, and village amenities.

Neighbourhood information

The heart of the village of Almyrida is only 40m from Villa Antonia, and is built around a pretty crescent shaped sandy beach, with a small fishing harbour at the eastern end. The beach is very shallow and safe, which is good news if you have children or are not a strong swimmer. Lining the beach are 11 tavernas, a pizzeria/pasta restaurant, 6 cafés, 2 bars, 2 bakeries, 4 mini-markets, 7 gift shops, 2 ice cream/frozen yoghurt shops, a pharmacy, a butcher, a fruit and vegetable shop with a deli counter, an off license/liquor shop, 1 kiosk, a nail spa, a body and wellness spa, and 3 real estate offices. Also in Almyrida there is a scuba diving centre, a water sports centre which rents out kayaks, windsurfers and catamarans, a cafe/ arcade with pool tables and games machines, and Villas Crete Holidays for tourist information, boat trips, private boat hire, horse riding, private sightseeing flights, and guided walking tours and coach excursions. A few minutes by car from Villa Antonia, there are a huge variety of archaeological sites and traditional villages with wonderful tavernas.
