Please keep in mind that this is a private house and not a hotel, therefore we don't have a front desk and certain services usually offered in hotels might not be available. ​We are not able to offer extra cleaning services during your stay. The garden and its facilities are shared with other guests. Villa Euphoria Studio is part of Villa Euphoria Residence. The studio is on the garden level and is separately rented to guests. The studio is a traditional island house, surrounded by a beautiful Mediterranean garden filled with fresh fruit trees and flowers. It is superbly located on a hillside overlooking Marathon Bay, one of the most attractive areas of Aegina. With easy access to the beach the residence is highly recommended for couples or friends. The port if 5km away from the house. The house is located on the garden level/ground floor of the property, on the right side next to the impressive stone entrance of the residence. The living space of 60 sq. m. offers a sitting area next to the well equipped kitchen and the dining area. The sunny bedroom has a double bed, storage for your personal belongings and an en suite full bathroom with a shower.

The villa is located above Marathon bay, surrounded by a beautiful garden and has a scenic view of the Saronic Gulf. The settlement of Marathon has a few other villas, therefore you'll have a sense of tranquility and privacy. The distance from the port is 5 km, a 10 minute ride by car. The villa is located 250m away from A' Marathon beach and 500m away from B' Marathon beach. The market is 7-10 minutes away on foot. We suggest visiting, Temple of Aphaia, an archaeological site on the north of the island, Perdika village a traditional settlement on the south and take the ferry to Moni island and spend a few hours on its beach. The distance from the port is 4,5 km, approximately a 10 minute ride by car. Within 5 minutes on foot you will come across the market and restaurants on Marathon Bay.
