The concept of the house is based on the “golden rules” of well being, which means the right mixture of luxury and simplicity. Natural, elegant and raw materials have been used to offer hospitable warmth and an international notion that has been followed faithfully. The bedrooms with their unique style, furniture and carefully planned details and the two living rooms, with the two Venetian fireplaces, declare the deftness of the architect through the big openings and the views which appear in front of you like paintings. In all corners of the house there are ethnic objects and various pieces of furniture chosen carefully by the owners in their trips abroad, giving hints of culture from all over the world, as well as original paintings of unknown friend artists The place is widely open to the light. Your access to the sea is made easy by using a flight of stairs. The vineyard, the olive grove, the green mountain, all stand right in front of you, the olive grove, the green mountain which almost “plunges” into the sea, can be viewed from all rooms, from all parts of the villa.

It’s a secluded sandy beach with crystal-clear waters that, due to the difficulty to be accessed alternatively, will literally make you feel like you’re on your own private beach, away from the massive tourist waves. At the slopes, above the beach, a wide range of plants is growing -reeds, crops and myrtles being the dominant ones-, creating a tropical view in the whole landscape. The sea is very clean and shallow, allowing to children to enjoy their beach games with safety. The clay slopes which overview the beach will allow you, if you wish, to have some “mud baths” and benefit their healthy effects on your skin. A gift offered by nature. You will practically feel like you are in your personal natural SPA. Every evening you can enjoy the magnificent colours of the sunset either from the beach or from your precious settlement. Kanouli beach is one of Agios Matthaios' beaches. Agios Matthaios is one of the biggest villages of Corfu island with amazing nature, mountain, sealake, rocky and sandy beaches, mini markets, butcher shops, cafes, taverns, etc.
