Villa Stefania is located just under the village center, but still in an absolute standalone location where you can experience Corfus beautiful nature. Relax, soak up the sun and enjoy tranquilltiy in total privacy.
The Villa is surrounded by a nice spacious garden area that offers comfortable shaded seating, sunny spots and a nice pool to cool down in Greek summer days.
Inside the house you will find a nice living and dining room, accompished by a spacious kitchen that is very well equipped.
Both bedrooms offer a seperate terasse door for outdoor access and a very large closet. One bedroom is equipped with a French dubble bed, the other with a Queen-size bed.
The bathroom consists of a shower, toilet, sink with cabinet and a washing machine.
There are two shaded parking spots, just in front of the house.
We offer AC for the bedrooms.
However the house is set in a lower area of the island and especially in the night it gets a couple degrees colder than in the rest of the island - witch makes sleeping much more convenient.
I am Stefanie from Germany, since 4 years I am proud owner of this little Villa on the magnificent island of Corfu. I like to share this wonderfull place with guests from all over the world.
The house is set in absolut stand alone location. However the authentic villige of Agios Ioannis is within 5 minutes walking distance. It features a nice village square with a tranditionl Greek taverna, pizza and burger spots and a lot of other places such as cafes, bakery, bistros and bars for Greek cusine and a glas of local wine.
Nevertheless Agios Ioannis is a real Greak village and not just inhabited solely by tourist and therefore not a busy place for party and crowds.
The villa is located in the heard of the islaland which allows you to explore any spot in Corfu within one hour.
But the most magnificet beaches, such as Glyfada, Paleokastritsa, and Giali beach are just around the corner withing 15 minutes drive.
The wonderfull Venition old capital town of Corfu, with urban Mediterranean flair and the Corfu airport ist also only just 8 kilometers away.
A authentic village with original greek character which is in the heart of the Island. Prefect for exploring the whole island.
