I am happy hosting guests in our cabins and for outdoor adventures. I enjoy kayaking, paddleboarding, and hiking in our area, and love to share the beauty of Lake Atitlan.

Property information

The property is lakeshore, has a private boat dock for arrival and departure, rock swim beach. It is a secluded property with lots of trees and stone paths. It is on the side of a mountain and has steps from the lakeshore to the cabin. Two story treehouse set among the trees of a larger property. King size bed on the first floor, & futon pads for extra seating. The house is easy to enter as it is surrounded by trees rather that built into a tree. Covered patio with picnic bench for outdoor dining and relaxing in any weather. Designed by local artesian, it fosters contemplation. Rustic bathroom and hot water shower. New mini kitchen w/ mini-fridge, stove, microwave. Sink for hand washing.

Neighbourhood information

All of Santa Cruz is boat access only. While you may see a road on maps, we do not recommend our guests to drive here. Isla Verde restaurant is a 2 minute walk, and others are less than 10 minutes walk. Be sure to visit Cafe Sabor Cruceno for some great local dishes, plus international cuisine. The Cafe has some amazing views of the lake and volcanos.
