When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of HKD200 per pet, per night applies.

Guest can only postpone or cancel their reservation under any of the three conditions below:
1. Typhoon signal 8 is hosted after 3:00 pm during guest's check-in date
2. Ferry service suspended after 3:00 pm during guest's check-in date
3. Black rain is hosted after 3:00 pm during guest's check-in date
