The credit card used for booking must be presented upon check-in. The name on the credit card must match the guest's name checking in.
A reduction in the number of room nights within 48 hours to arrival is not permitted. A charge equivalent to the total price plus service charge will be imposed.
Unless otherwise specified, amendments or cancellation of booking can be made at least 48 hours in advance of your arrival date.
Extra bed and crib requests must be confirmed with the hotel, and is subject to availability.
Please note that any children or teenagers under 18 years old must be accompanied by adults when check in.
