The family house is located only 30m from the sea and a small beach, restaurant and promenade. It has a large garden, full of flowers and greenery with a barbecue. The apartments are located on the ground floor of the house, very suitable for families with children.
Mrs. Nada is the owner of the house and lives alone in the house, so there is peace in the apartments. She is very sociable, likes to bake cakes for her guests or give them vegetables from her garden.
There is a very good atmosphere in the neighborhood, everyone knows each other and they have very good relations. The small street that ends with the exit to the promenade and the beach is very tame and quiet and guests feel very comfortable there.
