The apartment is fully equipped for a comfy stay of a digital nomad. Optical fibre internet Wi-Fi speeds: download up to 300 Mbit/s download, upload up to 150 Mbit/s. Ethernet cable is also available. Apartment is on the first floor, very bright, with great layout and smart use of space. It is modernly decorated with high quality materials and a harmonious combination of decorative elements. Apartment features an open plan bright living room area with full-sized and fully equipped kitchen (great for passionate foodies), dining area, 2 bedrooms - double and single room with very comfortable mattresses and wardrobes, each containing a workspace area with a desk and an office chair. Both bedrooms are looking onto quiet side of the building, green area with no traffic. The modern bathroom is fully equipped with walk-in shower and a washing machine. There is also a smart TV with numerous domestic and international channels, an air conditioner, and 2 heaters. The apartment is ready for families with infants - it has a travel crib and a high chair.
