Prelijep zalazak sunca u popodnevnim satima, pogled na more i planinu Velebit. Pored svega toga apartman je u mirnom dijelu Puntamike pa i kad je turisam u punom jeku ipak ljetovanje provodite u užitku i tišini.

It's a very safe area. We have been going to the area for years with our three kids and feel very comfortable there. Ours kids would go swimming on there own & play with the local kids. e.g play football at the local school in the evenings. Near the apartment (5min walk) you can rent a skijet, parasail, paddle boats etc. There is also a fun water park for the kids. 15min walk away there is an amusement park with a few rides With restaurants In the immediate area the best are Niko's (best seafood) & and outdoor grill place which is in the area, called Terasa or so.. Within 10 min walk there are many other restaurants (Roko, Mijo, Mamma Mia) including a good pizzeria called Sime. For cafe's there is Yatching next to the marine and Bamboo on the water at the end of the peninsula. Yatching is also a popular place in the evenings & have live music In the immediate area there is also a supermarket and bank. Zadar is actually a good place to base yourself for a number of day trips to places like the Kornati Islands, Plitvička jezera, National Park Krk which can all be organised locally.
