4 STARS APARTMENT. Private 85m² luxury apartment w Sea view. **NEW FACILITIES for 2025** including Badminton, Bocce, Fire Pit for star gazing, Lounge Area, Sun chairs, Paddle Board and Corn Hole. Apartment includes private terrace with Sea view, air conditioning, FREE Wi-Fi, FREE parking, and FREE mooring for your boat (please check with host). Both bedrooms have their own private bathrooms (shower and toilet) and King size beds. The apartment has high ceilings with an open living and kitchen area. TV has Netflix, Amazon Prime and YouTube. The kitchen has gas and electric stove, oven, fridge, freezer, plates, cups, cutlery and baking utensils. *NEW Facilities* in 2025. The front yard which is over 100m2 has a new outdoor lounge, dining table and sun baking chairs with umbrellas. This area has a 180 degree view of the Mediterranean Sea and sunsets. The back yard which is over 400m2 now has Badminton, Bocce, new dining area that overlooks Sea sunset views, small table with stools, and small golf putting area. Also for guests a paddle board, beach mattresses, snorkel gear and beach umbrellas. Small private beach is 50 meters in front of Villa. Sibenik center is 10min drive from apartment and Krka National Park is 16min from Villa. Large beach is 2min drive North from apartment with FREE parking at beach.
4 STARS apartment rated by Croatian National Tourist Board. I have designed and styled each element of my house. There are high ceilings, open spaces, a private garden terrace overlooking the Sea and sunsets, and a private BBQ dining space with a 13-meter bocce pitch in the backyard. The interior of the apartment has been recently renovated and furnished with new items and coats of paint. I've designed an atmosphere to create a relaxed environment for people to relax when coming back from the beach. Looking for people who are interested in a quiet and relaxing holiday in the private apartment, located on the beach. If you need any help or questions, I speak fluent English and Croatian. This is a private apartment. As host, I will give you recommendations on sightseeing, exploring and restaurants to visit.
Villa is a 10-minute drive from Sibenik's centre and 16min to Krka National Park with the freshest and cleanest waterfalls in Croatia. Villa is in a family area with 2x main large beaches to swim at, Rezaliste Beach is a 10min walk from the villa. Well-known restaurants Zlatna Ribica, 3x pizza restaurants, and several cafes are within 15 min walk including a small supermarket. Everything is within walking distance. You can jump on a ferry that leaves every hour to visit Krapanj (Sponge Island) - the flattest Island in Croatia. It has many beach spots and is surrounded by 8 Islands where yachts and sailing boats dock all year. You can hire speed boats, jet skis, canoes, and book ferry tours to visit 8 Islands in front of the villa including Zlarin, Obonjan, Tijat, Zmajan, Kakan, Prvic Luka, Kaprije Islands and Krapanj. Locals are super friendly and speak English, some speak fluent German as well. Quite neighborhood with multiple restaurants and high dining restaurants like Zlatna Ribica only 15min walk. Local bread shop and supermarket about a 5minute walk away, which has all the essentials.
