Property information

Casa Matošić offers two comfortable apartments located on the same floor of a small building in the very center of Split. Both apartments have been renovated and are simply and functionally equipped, suitable for short or medium stays. Each apartment includes a living room, bathroom, and one bedroom with a queen-size bed. The Comfort Apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests and features a washing machine and a fully equipped kitchen. The second apartment is suitable for up to 3 guests and has a kitchenette, ideal for preparing light meals. Casa Matošić is a great base for exploring Split, with everything you need within walking distance.

Neighbourhood information

Casa Matošić is located in the center of the split. Neighbourhood is safe and you are located few minutes of walking from Diocletian palace which is on the World Heritage List from UNESCO since 1979. Just a short walk away, there are museums, galleries, theatres, restaurants and cafes. Riva promenade is just few meters away. Fish and groceries market is ten minutes away by foot. Marjan hill is five minutes away, a great place to exercise,walk and enjoy in nature, and explore beautiful beaches at the bottom of the hill.
