Property information

Green House was established in 1974. The house was built by the owners and a few friends. After not renting for more than two decades, we decided to renovate the house and open it for the public in 2021. The house is in the most peaceful place, with only 15 minutes downhill walking distance from the sea and 10 meters from the woods, we offer something unique! With breathtaking views of the island Krk and stunning views of the mountains, you will truly enjoy staying at our place! If you prefer hiking, mountain biking, long walks, snorkeling, fishing, boat ride, there is an option for everyone. We have 4 rooms and each room has its own bathroom and balcony. All rooms are equipped with a TV, hairdryer, towels, etc. There is a shared kitchen that is available for every guest to use if needed. The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee machine, portable stovetop, a toaster, a kettle, cutlery, pots, pans, plates, utensils and fridge. The main balcony is shared. The nearest airport is Rijeka, 21km from our house. We are looking forward to hosting you! Govorimo Vaš jezik!

Neighbourhood information

Love path is a walking path inspired by love stories. If you’re a fan of long walks, this is the perfect place for you. Considered by many to be the most attractive walking path in the area of Crikvenica, the Love Path was created in the early 1930s. It got its name because it soon became a favourite place for couples. This is an 8-kilometre-long walkway that provides a perfect blend of beautiful nature, cultural and historical heritage, and stunning views all the way. Some of them are the Late Antiquity Badanj Fort (60 metres above sea level). Located in the immediate vicinity of Crikvenica, Badanj Fort is the oldest surviving medieval fortification in the Vinodol region. Archaeological finds suggest that it was built in the Early Byzantine period between the 4th and 6th centuries AD. ‘Pod Veli Kamik’ – a former freshwater spring and the first water supply in Crikvenica, built in 1890. From the other sites there is the viewpoint between Badanj Fort and the rock of Kavranova Stena (155 metres above sea level). Rock of Kavranova Stena reaches an altitude of 290 metres. Mediterranean labyrinth of love is made from 400 laurel bushes.
