It is only about 150m from the sea. In front of the villa is 84m2 of green lawn with deck chairs. It has two terraces on each floor. First is on the ground floor with 15m2 and the other is on the first floor with 15m2 . Each is with a table and chairs. Dining room and living room are on the ground floor. There are 3 rooms with 2 separated bathrooms and one toilet. Villa area: 140 m2
