The villa has an area of 350 m² and consists of 2 floors. On the ground floor there is a large, bright room consisting of a living room with a dining room and a kitchen. There are sofas and armchairs in the living room, and the dining table seats 8, making the space ideal for gatherings. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with an island that provides you with everything you need to prepare delicious meals. Warm, earthy colors combined with yellow and black dominate the space, and numerous windows and doors provide unobstructed views of the outdoor terrace and swimming pool. All rooms are air conditioned. There are 4 bedrooms in the villa, 1 on the ground floor and 3 on the first floor. Each room has its own private bathroom, ensuring maximum privacy and comfort. All rooms are furnished with double beds in a sophisticated pastel turquoise color. 3 rooms on the first floor have access to a shared balcony, while the room on the ground floor has access to an outdoor terrace.
