Beautiful and simple stone house of about 45 m2 is in the bay Mala Svitnja in a secluded location by the sea, overlooking the pine forest, sea, vineyard and olive grove. Access to the house is possible only by foot from the road by a path 250 m long or from the sea. There is only one more family house in the bay. In front of the house there is a terrace, outdoor fireplace, shower and a space in the woods with hammocks. . Ideal for friends, family, mature people who appreciate peace and nature.
Zovem se Margarita i iznajmljujem ovu prekrasnu kamenu kuću cca 45 m2 u uvali Mala Svitnja , koja se nalazi 50 metara od mora. Tišina i ljepota mjesta su posebni . Po zanimanju sam dipl. pravnica i od 2020.godine sam u mirovini. Učiteljica hatha yoge , volim ples i prirodu. Sa obitelji živim na otoku. My name is Margarita and I am renting this beautiful stone house of about 40 m2 in the bay Mala Svitnja, which is located 50 meters from the sea. The silence and beauty of the place are special. I am a lawyer by profession and since 2020 I have been retired. I am a Hatha yoga teacher, I love dance and nature. I live on the island with my family. I am available when needed.
The bay with only two family houses is quiet and safe. It has a beach and a pine forest where you can relax in the shade. Nature is preserved. Access to the house by car is not possible. People who like to walk can make short trips to nearby bays: Fortica, Velika Svitnja, Rogačić, Parja and Nova pošta from which there is a beautiful sunset. Mala Svitnja is located on the north side of the island, 5 minutes away from the town of Vis by car and half an hour by foot. On the hill above the bay there is a place where you can leave your car and then take a 10 minutes walk downhill on the path about 250 m long which leads to the house and the beach.
