The building is in a quiet street without traffic, only the chirping of birds can be heard. The parking lot is large with a secured space and protected by a remote mobile gate. The room is small, but it is nicely decorated and very functional, and from the room you can enter your bathroom and onto a beautiful terrace, where there are two comfortable chairs with high backs and a table. The terrace offers a beautiful view of the sea, the Kvarner Bay and the islands, and the sunset behind the Učka mountain or the reflection of the moon in the sea... it's a special experience! Within 50-100m there is a restaurant with local specialties, a pizzeria, fast food, a coffee bar and a small shop with everything you need. The sea, i.e. the beach of Kantrida, is 4.6 km by car and 2.5 km on foot. Parking is right next to the beach and is free of charge. There is also a beautiful promenade by the sea, one large restaurant and two smaller ones right on the beach. The beautiful Opatija or the center of Rijeka can be reached in 10-15 minutes by car. Nearby is the old town of Kastav with walking paths and bike paths through the forest. Gorski Kotar and the Platak ski resort are only 25 km away, and Krk Airport is 32 km away.

Our village Zamet is part of the city of Rijeka, it is located near the bypass, so when you want to get to the neighboring towns/cities, it takes 10-20 minutes by car. It is known for its carnival madness, and the beautiful sports hall Zamet for handball, near the football stadium Rujevica of NK Rijeka. Within 50-100m there is Restaurant Morčić, Pizzeria Pepi, Fast Food River Paab, Caffe bar and a small shop with everything you need.
