Our newly built Seaside Home is a little piece of paradise. Located in the heart of wine country, olive groves and a 2 minute walk to a private beach. It is an ideal home for a fabulous vacation enjoying the gorgeous views of the sea, islands and mountains. Our house stands out from many in Orebic because it is entirely new and we spared no expense in decorating it beautifully. With Marble floors, elegant furniture and plush bedding-You will feel like you are staying at a 5 star hotel! The Space: Our home is newly built. It has brand new furniture and amenities. Everything is new and is well maintained. For a 3 bedroom home, there is a lot of space. The interior features 3 floors of living area as well as a 1 car garage. The first floor is an open floor plan which includes a living, dining and kitchen area. The 2 spacious bedrooms on the top floor have breathtaking views of the sea, islands and mountain range. The house also features 2 large bathrooms with bath tubs. We also have a large back yard which is an enjoyable area to spend time around our custom built stone dining table and BBQ setup. The front of the house has 2 terrace areas to take in the views, dine or just enj
We are a family of 3 with a primary residence in Germany. We have German, Croatian and American roots. We have always loved Croatia for its beauty, delicious food/wine and wonderful people. When it was time to go on a vacation, Croatia was always the first place we wanted to go. That prompted us to build a house there in the wonderful seaside village of Mokalo next to family and friends. When we are not using our home, we are excited to have others rent it so that they can enjoy Croatia as much as we do!
We are very familiar with Croatia, especially Peljsac as we have lived here and have been travelling here our whole lives. Peljsac and especially are small village of Mokalo is truly one of the most beautiful places in Croatia. We have unbelievable views of the sea, can walk to the sea in 2 minutes, are surrounded by olive groves and vineyards and there are the most stunning views of mountains. You are also a 5 minute drive to the quaint town of Orebic, 15 minute ferry to Korcula and are away from the hustle and bustle of Dubrovnik. You really have it all here!
