4 star - High class apartment 40 m2 on a ground floor (with terrace 50m 2) and the same one at the first floor (with balcony 6 m2). You'll enjoy in a brand new apartments (07/2021) professionally designed and fully equipped , located in the pedestrian zone, in the heart of old fishing Komiža. This is a place where you can enjoy complete privacy. It's a perfect choice for those seeking casual atmosphere and relaxation hidden from the city noise. The master bedroom with king size bed is of the highest quality with deluxe (royal) mattress and classical bed pillows (additional orthopedic pillows). Cots are subject to availability (Cots upon request-free). Spacious living room with open kitchen includes large sofa which converts to a comfortable bed. This apartment welcomes you with modern fully equipped private bathroom and walk-in shower. A modern designed interior provides you full comfort experience. All the windows and doors are fully equipped with mosquito safety net. The barbecue located in the garden - available to all the guests (shared use).
The host takes care of your comfort and safety during your stay. We will give you all the information to make your stay enjoyable. Please inform Residence The One in advance of your expected arrival time.
Residence THE ONE is located in a hidden street in the oldest part of the city of Komiza where you'll experience the atmosphere of authentic Komiza - surrounded by old traditional stone houses. Just a 3 minutes from the city center and noisy promenade you will fully enjoy in our peaceful surroundings. Residence THE ONE is also located only 3 minutes from the local beaches (Lucica, Pol Gospu), bus station and the Port of Komiza from where you can book daily trips to the island of Biševo (the famous Blue Cave, or sandy Porat beach) or tour arround island of Vis. Maybe you'll like to experience a diving activities, Geopark Vis Archipelago (UNESCO) tour, visit a nearby Town of Vis (island Budihovac, Green Cave, Stiniva beach , Zaglov beach ) etc. All the essential parts of the Komiza city are within walking distance end easily accessible on foot (there is no need to use a car).
