Completely new and beautifully decorated rooms in a quite neighbourhood only 800 metres from Diocletian's Palace and 200 metres from Park Mladezi/Ultra music festival. The nearest beach is 800 metres away. Situated on the 4th floor of residential building without elevator. Ideal for your business trip or short stay.
Hi, my name is Nada. I spend my free time to meet new places and to see new cultures. I think that everyone should find some free time to runaway somewhere to free themselves from everyday and fill batteries with new experience that lasts for ever.
Within the neighbourhood there are all the basic stores which you might need bakeries, supermarkets, restaurants, caffe bars, banks, post office, pharmacy, ATM, several governmental and public buildings such as police station, public health station, justice court and a large paid public parking place. We recommend to hire a bike (20 kn per hour) to explore nearby beaches and famous park of nature called Marjan, 10 min walking distance from the Rooms L17. Or even cliff climbing on the south side of the Marjan hill. If you arrive at the ferry port, train station, or to the main bus station, you can take the bus lines 2, 9 or 10 and get off on the third station; from there you have a 5min walk to Rooms L17 (heading west). Free public parking is located in front of the building. Everyone can use that parking without paying for it. We can not guarantee a parking spot. There is a large paid public parking place next to the property. The price per hour is 6 kn. You can park for free only between Saturday after 14:00h until Monday morning until 07:00h. Also there is a prepaid street parking, each street has an automatic machine where you can buy the ticket.
