The property offers three delightful units: two cozy apartments on the first floor and a charming studio on the ground floor. Apartment Goldie nr. 1 and Apartment Goldie nr. 2 are each located on the first floor, featuring 45 square meters of comfortable space, perfect for up to three guests. Each apartment includes a peaceful bedroom with a double bed, along with a bright living room equipped with a pull-out sofa for an extra guest. Step out from the living room onto a private covered balcony and enjoy beautiful sea views. These apartments are pet-friendly with pets up to 15 kg however upon prior notice and an additional fee of 12 eur per day. Studio Goldie (15m") on the ground floor provides a thoughtfully arranged open space with a double bed and a compact kitchenette, equipped with an electric stove, refrigerator, and essential cooking utensils — perfect for preparing light meals during your stay. Outside, a covered terrace awaits, complete with a table, chairs, and an electric grill, making it a cozy spot for dining al fresco or unwinding in the evening.
