Located in Nin, private family friendly villa with a swimming pool equipped with a kitchen with all facilities, spacious dining area cozy and spacious living room, 3 air conditioned bedrooms and TVs with satelite channels . This beautiful villa also offers free wifi, free private parking and playground for children. Beautiful outside area is equiped with fireplace ideal for bbq. Villa is also equipped with sauna and small gym. Villa Matea is only 0,5km away from beautiful and historical center of old town Nin. World's famous ''Queens beach'' is only 1km away. Church of Holy Cross, worlds smallest cathedral is 1km away. Zadar old town is 15km away.
