This apartment is a great choice for larger groups or families visiting Dubrovnik, note that owner lives in a ground floor of the Villa Mariante. Vitality Villa Mariante is duplex apartment spreading over 200 square meters, located on the 1st floor of a family house offering 4 air-conditioned specious king bedrooms, vitality room with sauna, 3 bathrooms, 1 toilette, fully equipped open plan kitchen, living room with dining area that opens onto a terrace which offers a great view, free Wi-Fi, Hi-Fi, android TV and washing machine. Traditional Dalmatian barbecue place with table and benches is available for the grilling enthusiasts One free private parking space is provided and reservation is not required, note that there is narrow access for SUV and minivans. As well free public parking spaces are available 150 meters away. If needed we are more than glad to store your luggage before check in and after check out.
"New Apartment Vitality Villa Mariante" is family owned property. We are couple with two kids who is working in tourism and who perfectly understand guest needs. Therefore, we will do everything to make your journey special and memorable. If needed we can also help you organizing various day trips and transports.
"Vitality Villa Mariante" is located in the beautiful area of Rijeka Dubrovacka and only a 5-minute drive to the center of Dubrovnik. It's an excellent natural harbor for the Marina Dubrovnik situated here, where numerous yachts from all over the world spend the winter season. There are few restaurants within walking distance and couple of grocery stores. The nearest beach is approximately 2 km away from the property. It is safe and peaceful seaside area, great for walking, jogging and cycling and if you want to enjoy Dubrovnik but escape the hustle of the Old Town this is the place to stay. Use our kayaks and explore Ombla river, its surroundings and local beaches. 3 kayaks (max.load 250kg each) are available which can hold 6 adults and 3 children.
