This is a stunning, newly-built and newly furnished, open plan apartment on the ground floor with floor-to-ceiling windows looking out to its private garden and patio. The apartment is built on a slope, into the hill and it is truly relaxing. It is located in the picturesque Fonyódliget, surrounded by nature and hiking paths. The beach is less than 5 – 10 minutes walk away and Fonyód town centre is about a 15-20 minutes relaxing stroll by the lake. The apartment comprises a large, open-plan living room, kitchen and bedroom with a stunning bathroom and separate toilet. You will also have your own patio and garden where you can sit and enjoy your morning coffee and evening drinks while you relax. You will also have your own, dedicated parking spot inside the gated community and you will have a place to store your bike as well. Air conditioning, heating during the winter months, fully equipped kitchen and basic cooking ingredients (spices, tea, coffee, etc.) are provided along with beauty products like shower gel, hair dryer, iron, etc. Fast Wifi and cable access are also offered. For those with small children, we can provide a travel cot as well. Please bring your own beach towel.

The neighborhood is relaxing but only a short walk away from the busy centre. The apartment is located in the famous Villa District of Fonyód where all the famous Hungarian politicians and people used to own properties (not anymore, tho). This is a protected area in town, a few seconds away from the Panoramic Pathway. The magnificent Panoramic Promenade is 10 seconds walk away which offers stunning views over Lake Balaton, Badacsony and its beauty. An unforgettable sunset and golden hour experience. The local amenities, artisan shops and cafes and markets are closely located in Fonyód town centre. You can even hop on a scheduled boat and take a day trip to Badacsony to enjoy its nature and wine offerings. Suitable for solo adventurers, couples, and small families with a baby for both short holidays and extended stays. By car, on foot or by bike.
