The apartment is located right on the waterfront, on the ground floor of an 8-story building—just a stone’s throw from Lake Balaton! Step out through the garden gate and you'll find yourself directly on the public beach. The city center is about 2.5 km away, while restaurants, ice cream shops, stores, a train station, and a bus stop are all within a few hundred meters. In the enclosed courtyard, there is a playground and an outdoor fitness park, and near the garden gate you’ll find a snack bar and pedal boat rental. The apartment consists of a living room and a separate bedroom. There is a mezzanine sleeping area above the living room There is a pull-out sofa in the living room, a double bed on the mezzanine, and a queen-size bed in the bedroom—comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. The apartment is well-equipped (Wi-Fi, air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, etc.).
