Silver Lodge is two adjacent 120 square meters houses located in the most popular area of Siófok on the Golden Coast, 1 minute walk from the beach and 10 minutes walk from the citycenter. Perfect location for family vacations and friend gatherings! BBQ available. Free Wi-Fi and air conditioning in all rooms. Parking is available in the yard for 1 car. There are many restaurants and entertainment facilities in the area. The villa has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, separate toilet, spacious living room, dining area, and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is washing machine in the bathroom. Our guests can use two terraces. All rooms have electric blinds on the windows. There are two identical houses on the plot (Silver Lodge 1 and Silver Lodge 2), the garden and one of the terraces are shared (separately, 2 sitting areas are provided). The houses can be rented simultaneously: a maximum of 20 people in total (max. 10 people/house). The large terrace between the two houses and the barbecue area at the back of the garden are shared with the other house. Tourist tax: 550 HUF / person / night from the age of 18. To be paid in cash on arrival. Quiet hours: 10:00 p.m. - 8:00 a.m. Listening to loud music or partying in the houses are prohibited! According to local legislation, guests must present their ID cards/ passports for registration before moving in the apartment. Only registered guests are allowed at the accommodation, no additional guests are allowed. We check the house upon departure, guests are obliged to pay for any caused damage.
