Our property manager, Beng Beng, will be there to greet all of our guests and help with things like cooking delicious simple breakfasts, transport hire, scooter rental and setting up or suggesting activities. Our owners Emily and Tony or co-hosts Amanda and Johnny are also often around for a chat or surf.

Simple breakfast included! Larger breakfast menu available for purchase. 15 minutes by scooter to Kuta town but far enough away to get the traditional Indonesian vacation people dream of. Our property has beautiful views of Are Guling Beach and Gili Nusa. Each of our bungalow rooms have cold AC, locking doors and their own private bathrooms. We have a sanctuary that is close to all the action with spectacular views, friendly staff and peaceful surroundings. Are Guling is a slice of paradise!

The view is of course our speciality as our peaceful bungalows overlook Are Guling village and Gili Nusa. Located just outside bustling Kuta town, our accommodations offer a serene escape with stunning views and a refreshing sea breeze. Enjoy surfing right in front during the wet season or relax on nearby quiet beaches. Perfect for a tranquil retreat with easy access to Lombok's natural beauty and cultural experiences. The village you will travel through to get to our property is still very traditional; full of buffalo, families and smiles from our neighbors. Beaches nearby include Mawi, Mawun, Kuta and of course Are Guling out front.
