Upon check-in, customers are required to present the confirmation page, and the credit card used to pay for the booking. The holder of the credit card used to pay for the booking should be part of the traveling party.
If you are making payment using another cardholder's credit card, kindly provide the following to the hotel prior to your arrival:
- Authorization letter with cardholder's signature
- Copy of the cardholder's card (front and back of card with cardholder's signature)
- Copy of the credit card holder's passport.
The information may be sent to the hotel via e-mail or facsimile. Please note that hotel may contact the cardholder for verification purposes. The hotel will only accept credit card for deposit payment to secure the booking instead of debit card.
