Located just a 10-minute drive from Pede Beach in Labuan Bajo, Selini Hills offers unique and cosy accommodation with beautiful sea view and free daily housekeeping service. It takes about a 15-minute drive from the property to Jembatan Kayu. Getting to Komodo Airport will also take 15 minutes by car. we don’t offers airport shuttle The accommodation will provide you with air conditioned bungalows, each fitted with mosquito net, a minibar, seating area, wardrobe, desk, and an en suite bathroom featuring hot and cold shower facility with free toiletries. Guests can also enjoy the sea and city views from the room. At Selini Hills you will find a terrace. Other facilities offered at the property include laundry facilities. An array of activities can be enjoyed on site or in the surroundings, including diving and snorkelling. The friendly staff can also help to arrange for relaxing massage treatments. Selini Hills is located on top of a hill, it is not recommended for elder people or young children, please keep this in mind. We are also inside the forest, it is a natural sanctuary, there are bound to be animals around. This hotel is for nature lovers and all wooden natural, with out any cement construction.

A story like a fairy tale and a life full of adventures, I arrived in Indonesia from Greece 26 years ago and lived a life of entrepreneur for 20 years in Bali; owning restaurants, night clubs and boutiques opening 24 hours, fashion designer and interior designer. I married a prince of Denpasar have 3 children and decide to move to Flores falling in love with the natural beauty of this place. I have 3 children, Selini, Minos and Alex. The property is built on the a hill in a natural forest that exist in the city of Labuan Bajo and they call it Pramuka. Firstly, no trees were cut during construction, so please don't be surprise if you find a tree in your room or in your balcony. All rooms are designed with a unique way that have special items and colours to remember. If you stay at Villa Komodo the colour represent pink, the style is bohemian with many ethnic details from Flores and other parts of Indonesia. I would like to remind you, our hotel is called Selini Hills , it is on top of the hills. If you have any problems with climbing stairs then it's not suitable for you, however if you are active and like to exercise more, it is more fitting for you. Please keep in mind, our hotel is inside a green jungle area so there will be insects and mosquitos, with that we have the Bygon spray that could be requested from our staff if there is a lot of mosquitos inside your room or a mosquito repellent and you can also close window and balcony so they don’t come in a lot. There will also be geckos and other animals like lizard or monkeys nearby , but don’t be afraid they will not do anything unless provoked. They’re mostly on trees on the outskirt of the hotels but sometimes they come if you leave food around outside in the balcony, so be careful . We have concierge services available from 8:00 AM - 21:00 PM , her name is Selini Vlataki, you may contact her regarding any informations like tours, sights seeings, places to eat , etc . The view is breathtaking and you can see the whole city and the Harbour from your balcony! Our neighbors are the bughis people the sea gipsies who arrive from sulawesi and other places to become the boat builders and fishermans of the portuges occupied flores
