I come from family of property and that's why i'm helping family business of property even after i just finished my bachelor. As someone who comes from property business family, I can say Sunter Park View is a good place to live because of it's advantage in very strategic location for those who wants to live around Kelapa Gading.

Adaru Property specializes in providing apartment for rent at area around Kelapa Gading. One of our branch is in Sunter Park View, which is at the suburb of Kelapa Gading. Some of our other branches are located inside Kelapa Gading therefore we can provide apartment suitable for customer's needs and capabilities. All of our units already in full furnished condition, ready to provide accommodation for our customer. NOTE: Building PARKING FEE here is very expensive (22:00-06:00 >> Car 30k /hour; Motorbike 4k /hour) It is advised for guest to use motorbike or public transportation or on demand transportation (Grab; GOJEK;Taxi,etc).

Sunter Park View's location is very strategic. It's beside the main road of Yos Sudarso street. Therefore access to public transportation is very easy. Wether it's taxi, ojek, or busway. Area inside Sunter Park View is lively too. There's already a lot of shop opening for local food, minimart, laundry, and others.
