The living areas in this annexe consist of an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and a sitting area. Appliances include an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, Smart TV, and a woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a double and a family room with a bunk and single, serviced by a shower room and cloakroom. Outside, there is an enclosed courtyard with picnic bench, along with off-road parking for one car. Within 1.5 miles, you will find the nearest shop and pub. Please note, this property is pet-free and non-smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen, and towels are all included in the rent.
