We are situated on the North west coast of Donegal, in a beautiful town called Dungloe on the Wild Atlantic way. Located 38km from Donegal town and 50km from letterkenny. Whether your a couple wanting a romantic/relaxing weekend breakaway or a family wanting to explore some of Donegal beautiful beaches, mountain climbing, nature walks, golfing, fishing, island trips then Fairgreen Cottages is the place to stay to avail of the local amenities and activities. We are only a 5 minute walk to Dungloe bay which has a lovely lit up pier with seating to relax on while listening to the softly breaking waves. Take a walk on the Dungloe river walk and you may be luck to come across a deer of 2 .
I'm your host Pauline and I have been managing Fairgreen Holiday cottages in Dungloe for many years. I love seeing all our regular holiday makers every year and meeting new ones. It says a lot when I used to put cots in for the people staying and now I'm putting them in for their kids kids. Ok giving a bit too much info on age there lol. Any way if you do stay with us at Fairgreen, you will experience a warm welcome on arrival, and i'm always about if you need me. Pauline x
Fairgreen cottages are situated in the perfect location for touring the county and finding all those hidden gems of beaches along the coast. Theres so much to do in the area from hiking, golfing, fishing, surfing to name a few and we're located only a 5 minute walk into Dungloe town where you can take your pick of many fine bars and restaurants.
