The living areas in the semi-detached house consist of a kitchen/diner with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dining seating for six people, a sitting room with a TV and fire, and a second sitting room. The bedrooms consist of a king-size, a double with a basin and two singles, along with a bathroom. Outside, there is a rear lawn with furniture. Within 2.6 miles, you'll find a shop, and within 2.1, a pub. Please note that two well-behaved pets are welcome, but smoking is prohibited. Neighbourhood information

Rosscarbery is an outstanding holiday destination, lying at the head of a tidal inlet approximately a mile inland from the sea and halfway between Skibbereen and Clonakilty. This tranquil rural town, which dates back to the 6th century, was once one of the main European towns and was famous as a centre of study, having previously been a university town. It now has a significantly lower population and enjoys a great laid-back and calm ambiance.
