What an amazing stay from start to finish. Anne Marie was the most fabulous host and able to recommend a lovely restaurant for dinner. Breakfast was perfect and we got exactly what we asked for. I can’t recommend this place highly enough,...

Great location, friendly host, good size room and facilities, great breakfast and meeting the two resident dogs (usually kept away from the guests but we love dogs).

Home was very clean and comfortable. Ann Marie was an excellent host, friendly and very helpful as we had to leave early the next day so she went out of her way to give us an excellent breakfast.

Everything was fine, a clean room with everything I needed, a lovely off-road location, which was very quiet. Breakfast in the morning was excellent, and overall, Kilbora was good value for money!!

The location was perfect for us. Ann Marie was welcoming and very chatty. The rooms were comfortable and breakfast was delicious. Two of us are gluten intolerant and Ann Marie went above and beyond to ensure we were well fed. Just a little bonus...

The house was immaculate, filled with lovely little details, but what makes this an exceptional B&B is the host. It's rare to find a friendly and interesting host who is so passionate about their business.

We are fortunate to live in such a beautiful place, our house is nestled in amongst the fields with grazing sheep making it a peaceful backdrop for weary travellers. Guests are free to walk the fields and explore the farm. We enjoy sharing the history of the area and the farm with visitors.
We are a family business, Mark and I along with our three children are actively involved in the bed and breakfast as well as operating a sheep farm. We love history, music and sports.
The entrance to Kilbora B&B is located on the N11 and is just 2km from Ferns village, the ancient capital of Ireland. A fantastic castle and visitors centre is located in the village as well as a number of historic ruins. Mt Leinster is also a short drive away and is the perfect area for hillwalking and the views are spectacular. The market town of Gorey has a great selection of shops and restaurants and is just a 15 minute drive away. For those of you that love gardens, The Bay Garden is located just a few minutes down the road and is a must see, open on weekends through the summer.
