About this property
Welcome to Kilkenny House Boutique Hotel! We’ve recently undergone a complete renovation of the property and are excited to welcome guests back to the hotel. We are a family run hotel situated either 20-minutes’ walk or 4-minute drive from the city centre. The hotel is also directly across from the Kilkenny City bus route which runs every 30 minutes into the heart of the city. We provide ample free parking to guests. Right opposite St Luke’s General Hospital, this boutique hotel offers newly refurbished chic and traditional rooms. All of the rooms have the usual facilities as well as free wifi and 40’’ smart TV’s so you can binge on your favorite shows. Feel free to draw up a stool and enjoy a drink with the locals in Dore’s bar which offers a friendly service and bar food daily.

Kindly note the accommodation is accessible via stairs only, and there is no lift access at the property. Therefore it may not be suitable for guests with mobility impairment.
Please note that the bar and restaurant will open based on demand throughout the low season/winter months, but guests can request food or drink at any time.
Kilkenny House does not accommodate hen or stag parties.
Kilkenny House are happy to accommodate other groups, but different policies apply. A €500.00 deposit is required in advance of arrival. It will be returned as long as rooms are left in good order & there have been no complaints of disturbance from other guests.
