These coastal holiday studio apartments are the perfect base for an active outdoor holiday or romantic retreat on the west coast of Ireland. Located in a secluded garden off Main Street on Ireland's Wild Atlantic Way these holiday studio apartments are decorated to a very high standard. Each studio apartment sleeps 2 guests comfortably: Property layout – First floor: Open plan living area Dining area with fire stove Fully equipped kitchen Modern white shower room with a three-head power shower, mirrored walls and brightly lit. Bedroom 1: super kingsize bed sleeping 2 (convertible to 2 single beds). Balcony: south-facing balcony providing view of the countryside. There is a washing machine and dryer available in the adjoining converted stable. Wi-Fi is available and free of charge. Towels are provided within the property. Guests can access this beautiful studio apartment directly off Kinvara main street via a private gated courtyard. Please note this unique holiday accommodation is located behind the Owners Georgian family home and the private car park is shared with the Owner of the property.

A refundable security deposit of EUR 200 must be paid upon check-in. This will be pre-authorised on your debit or credit card upon arrival and automatically released off your card after departure, subject to an inspection of the property. Payment by debit cards will charge the security deposit of EUR 200 to your bank account which is manually refunded by the property within 7 days of departure. This will be after the on-site manager has inspected the property and is satisfied that the terms and conditions of rental have been complied with. Please note that failure to leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition may result in the loss of all or part of your security deposit. Please note that the property reserves the right to charge in advance of arrival an increased mandatory security deposit of EUR 500 at certain times of the year. For example, during festivals, certain sporting events or public holidays. You will be contacted by the property with regards to this prior to arrival.
