Withing 4 minutes walk to beach, supermarket 2 minutes drive and small seaside harbour with many amenities. Large town with multiple supermarkets and shopping centre, 7 km. Golf courses, castles, children’s amusements, tens of restaurants. And that’s all within 10km’s. Located in the famous ‘sunny south east’ of Ireland. Sights to see / visit in the area: Courtown Seal Sanctuary 2km Saving Private Ryan film set/ beach 29km Ferns Castle and surroundings, Once the capital of Ireland 15km Glendalough and Wicklow Way 60km John F Kennedy Centre 70km
