Patch House was built in the early 1900's and has been recently renovate to a very high standard.
The house has panoramic views of Glengarriff Bay and the mountains beyond.
The house is located in the picturesque area of Glengarriff in West Cork, Ireland, along the Wild Atlantic Way.
The beautiful traditional stone dwelling has a unique style keeping the old traditional style downstairs and a modern upstairs with floor to ceiling glass which maximises the outstanding views.
All rooms are located downstairs while all the living and kitchen areas are located upstairs.
The area has 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one is en suite. All rooms and bathrooms are tastefully decorated with a cosy ascetic. The living room and kitchen are all open plan with stunning views of the bay.
Patch House is located just 4km from Glengarriff Village with its beautiful Nature Reserve, ferry to Garnish Island, Glengarriff Golf Club, Bamboo Park, shops, bars, restaurants and much more!
