Cozy double bedroom with shared bathroom in quiet residential area. Just a couple of minutes walking from the bus stop that easily connects to the bustling city center in 25 min and to the 3Arena concert hall in 45 min. The house creates a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, providing both privacy and opportunities to socialize. Use of the kitchen is allowed only for breakfast. In this house lives our friendly cat Bibi.
