Situated in the small town of Lisdoonvarna, The Burren Hostel is well located for exploring the famous Cliffs of Moher, The Burren Geopark and West County Clare, with its walking and surfing activities. The hostel offers private and dormitory rooms with en suite bathrooms and garden views. Free WiFi is available in public areas, as well as lounges with a TV, DVDs and books on travel and local interest. A laundry service is available at The Burren Hostel, along with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area for guests to prepare their own meals. Traditional Irish music is performed several nights a week at the Roadside Tavern which is 2 minutes away. Across the road you will also find The Burren Storehouse and The Burren Smokehouse. Nightly Doolin is only a 10-minute drive away. Free on-site parking is available. Nearby attractions include The Poulnabrone Dolmen and Caherconnell Stone Fort. The beaches at Lahinch and Fanore are within an easy 10-15 minute drive or bus ride.
