This spacious, modern bungalow is quietly located close to the Atlantic Coast between Kilkee, West Clare, Ireland with beautiful views to the Cliffs of Baltard Bay and on the West Clare landscape. Save sandy beaches, golf courses, fishing spots, coastal walks are all nearby. The tastefully decorated bungalow can sleep up to 9 people in its 4 bedrooms comfortably. It also features 2 bathrooms, a modern kitchen and large utility area, a dining room cum TV-lounge and a separate sitting room! Oil fired central heating, an open fire place, ample parking as well as a garage for your pets and your fishing gear all add to the high standard of the property. The house is available for short, medium and long term letting.
A friendly welcome and personalized service is assured - Brigid & Patrick Kelly, the owners of this holiday home live next door on a working farm. They are proud of their personalized service for their guests and will always be there to help you making your stay a memorable one! Their services include babysitting, tips for the best fishing and walking in the area and providing packed lunches for your day out! They also arrange car hire at very reasonable rates.
From the beach to the bog and even in the sand-dunes and golf courses, there is a huge variety of wild life to be discovered along the Atlantic coastline of West Clare. It is as amazing in Winter as on a sunny Summer day. You get the feeling of really connecting with nature as you enjoy the wild natural feeling of West Clare. Treat yourself to some lovely food, some harvested from the sea locally, others sourced from local producers. The weather might be dull, but you can saddle up, put on your walking shoes and turn a simple cycle or walk into a scavenger hunt along the countryside or sea shores. Beautiful plants and seaweed berries are yours to enjoy. Seaweeds, lugworm, baby crabs often lurk beneath the sand as you stroll on the sand, while sea snails like cockles and clams bury themselves deeper down.
