The Grove, 47 Riverrun is a beautiful, detached house overlooking the River Erne, just 5 minutes drive from the small town of Belturbet, Co. Cavan. The house is light and airy and in a gated community. The house has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and sleeps up to 6 adults. On the first floor there is a large sitting room with beautiful views over the river Erne. Also on this floor is a double bedroom with king size bed and en-suite bathroom. On the ground floor there are two further bedrooms, both with king size beds and two bathrooms. Also on the ground floor is an open plan kitchen with both a dining area and sitting area and a utility room. To the front of the house is a patio area with garden furniture. To the rear of the property is a sheltered patio area with BBQ. There is free parking at the house. Everything you need to enjoy a self catering holiday including a full kitchen, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine is available in the property. All towels, bedclothes, essential toiletries, hair dryer and iron are provided. Wi-fi is available free of charge.
Attractions nearby include river and lake fishing, river and lake swimming, boat hire, golf and walking and hiking trails. Other tourist attractions close by include Turbet Island Walk, Slieve Russell Hotel & Golf and Marble Arch Caves, Cavan Museum and Enniskillen Castle and Museum . The border with Northern Ireland is approx. 20 minutes drive away. With access to the Shannon -Erne waterway and the new Blueway, holiday makers will be spoilt for choice throughout their stay. Belturbet town is approx. 5 minutes drive from the property and has a small number of shops, pubs and restaurants. Cavan Town is approx. 15 minutes drive away.
