    excellent walking distance to town. restaurants and pubs are only minutes away. you can walk to the bus stop and get into the city center for a few euro in about 15 mins.

This coastal self-catering holiday home has 3-bedrooms sleeping 6 guests comfortably: Property layout – Ground floor: Modern kitchen and dining area Separate living room with wood burner stove and smart TV Utility room for extra storage (from the utility area you have access to a washroom with toilet and sink) Bedroom 1: kingsize ensuite sleeping 2 Bedroom 2: double sleeping 1 adult or 2 children Bedroom 3: twin sleeping 2 Family bathroom with large walk-in shower, sink and toilet Wifi is available and towels are provided. Outside The Nook Oranmore Holiday Home is a large enclosed lawned garden with apple trees and fruit bushes perfect for children to play and to dine alfresco in the summer months.

A refundable security deposit of EUR 200 must be paid upon check-in. This will be pre-authorised on your debit or credit card upon arrival and automatically released off your card after departure, subject to an inspection of the property. Payment by debit cards will charge the security deposit of EUR 200 to your bank account which is manually refunded by the property within 7 days of departure. This will be after the on-site manager has inspected the property and is satisfied that the terms and conditions of rental have been complied with. Please note that failure to leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition may result in the loss of all or part of your security deposit. Please note that the property reserves the right to charge in advance of arrival an increased mandatory security deposit of EUR 500 at certain times of the year. For example, during festivals, certain sporting events or public holidays. You will be contacted by the property with regards to this prior to arrival.
