Situated beside the beach in the scenic village of Dunmore East, The Strand Inn features an on-site seafood restaurant, free parking and an outdoor patio with views of the Hook Head Lighthouse. Free Wi-Fi is provided in each room at The Strand, as well as a flat-screen TV and en suite bathroom. Many also come with a balcony overlooking the ocean. Fresh local seafood is served in the restaurant, which overlooks the bay. A range of steaks, poultry and vegetarian options are available for non-seafood eaters. Fishing and sailing can be enjoyed within the local area, and there are 5 golf courses within 10 miles of the property. Waterford city centre can be reached in a 20-minute drive.
