The living areas in this detached, single-storey cottage consist of an open-plan living space with a kitchen offering a gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, gas fire, a dining area with seating for four people, and a sitting area with a TV and woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of two doubles, one with an en-suite wet room, a twin, along with a shower room. Outside, there is off-road parking and a front gravelled garden. Within 4.3 miles, you will find a shop, and within 2 miles, a pub. Please note that this property does not accept pets or smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, a starter pack for the woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. Enjoy a lakeside holiday at The Water's Edge. Note: The front garden is not enclosed, please take care.

Boyle is a small and bustling town on the border of County Roscommon and County Sligo.
