Spacious double room with ensuite bathroom in a spacious apartment in a secured building in central Dublin. The room has a king size bed, a desk with chair, spacious wardrobe and a chest drawer. Extra small bed for children (up to 11 years old) could be added upon request. Please let us know if your flight is landing late at night in order to organise check-in time. A 21" flat monitor to plug in your laptop or talet can be provided upon request. Parking is available at 10 euro per day payable at the property.
I am an italian professional lady living in Dublin for 20 years, I enjoy sharing my apartment with kind and respectful guests who are willing to visit Dublin and surroundings. I am always happy to provide information about the city and suggest itineraries for your visit.
A well located building 15 minutes walk from The Spire (O'Connell Street) and 10 minutes from Connolly Station (train to Howth, Malahide, Bray and Belfast). 20 mins walk to Temple Bar and Trinity College (Book of Kells) and Grafton Street. The area is well served by bus including touristic routes to Howth/Malahide/Sait Patrick Cathedral/Dublin Castle/ Guinness Store HouseTrinity College/Temple Bar) Just outside the building you have: a Cafe' (open 9am to 3.30pm) for Coffee, Breakfast and Brunch), a real Italian Restaurant (open everyday from noon to 10pm), an Irish PUB (open every evening for food and drinks), a Mini-Market for everydays' quick needs (open 7am to 10pm), a Post Office, a Pharmacy and DryCleaner (open 9am to 8pm).
