Ristrutturato nel giugno 2013 e situato un'ottima posizione, a metà strada tra la parte moderna e il centro storico di Gerusalemme, questo hotel boutique a conduzione familiare offre la connessione Wi-Fi gratuita e una sala fitness. L'Addar Hotel è ospitato in un edificio risalente al XIX secolo che è stato completamente ricostruito nel 1997, preservando l'ingresso e la facciata originali.
