Picturesque Siolim, nestled amidst verdant environs in North Goa, offers and enchanting blend of tranquillity, excitement and entertainment. Known for it lush landscapes and charming atmosphere, Siolim is the perfect destination for those seeking a little relaxation as well as a bit of adventure.
Siolim is situated about 7 km (4.3 mi) from Mapusa. It is located around the Chapora River. There is a bridge over River Chapora going towards Morjim.
To Siolim's north is the quiet village of Oxel; green hillocks hedge it towards Assagao in the south and the east Camurlim , and in the west flows the Chapora river with Morjim and its pine-wooded beach on the northern bank in Pernem.
Several stunning beaches are just a short drive away like 10 to 15 minutes to Vagathor, Anjuna, Morjim, Ashwem, Mandrem, Arambol, Keri, Tiracol. Baga and calangute will be approximate 10 kms . Siolim itself there is Uddo beach which is very popular among residents.
There are numerous wellness centers around Siolim which offers yoga and meditation classes.
The famous restaurants like Thalassa , Kiki by the sea, Hosa , Amancio, Siolim Deck, Mea at Uddo beach, Issa and Cohin can be found in Siolim.
