Total covered area of the house is 1000 Square feet on first floor. There are three rooms, lobby & kitchen . The house is equiped with all kitchen equipments including fridge.
From the host point of view it is quite safe. Landlord is also staying on ground floor. Mostly booking are for families.Stay of the guests are very comfortable.They are also giving their valuable views .It aslo helps for upgrading the eminities for the guest.
It is situated in the residential area and there is family atmosphere.
