This bungalow is right next to the famous Joggers Park Kalyani Nagar before McDonalds. We have total 5 AC rooms out of which you will get 1 Private AC room with bathroom inside the room. This place is perfect location right near Pune International Airport, close by to Marigold / Cybage IT Park Kalyani Nagar. Just about 15 minutes drive to Kharadi's famous IT Parks WTC, EON IT Park, Zenzar. Its a prime location to travel to the most beautiful Osho Garden Pune. All the important hospitals, dental implant clinics, ivf centers, schools, offices, companies are close by. We have Free WiFi at work speed along with work desk and chair in each room. There is cable TV in each room with cupboards/wardrobe to store your clothes etc. There is a dining table and sofa set in the living room ( The hall ). We also have Kitchen with Gas stove, Utensils, Fridge, Washbasin. A fully functional Kitchen where you can prepare your own meals. You can order groceries from any online app. Our caretaker prepares very tasty food. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner ( Veg and/or Non Veg ) at very reasonable rate where you can pay him directly. My hosting journey started from Mumbai 6 years ago where I started Bed and Breakfast ( Bnb ) in my house in Marine Lines. It is the most famous place for tourists since it is in South Mumbai. About 90% of my guests were foreigners. I met people from almost all countries. We had my home made meals, I took them for tours, sightseeing, temple visits, shopping, clubbing, pubs, cafes; even Hindi movies. One of the best experiences of my life! Now I am settled in Pune and I have started the same concept here. This place will be private for guests unless they require assistance in getting a flat/room on rent for a year or so, shopping, local guide. You are welcome to stay here for a night, a week, a month or more.

This bungalow is located in a very peaceful society right next to the famous Joggers Park Kalyani Nagar Pune. There are lot of Spa and Wellness Centres here where you can relax and unwind. Marigold Society / Cybage IT Park is 2 minutes drive from here and Pune International Airport is 10 minutes drive. As per the society norms; No music, noise, parties, events allowed.
